This could be GREAT!
I have just heard from the Barack Obama camp that NEBRASKA could be the state that puts either Obama or Hillary over the top.
So…..we need a big push for people to caucus on Saturday, Feb. 9th. Please, please, encourage people to participate–and remember that you can register at the caucus site—and you can switch from Republican to Democrat there, too.
Start now to talk about the caucus with your family and friends and GET INVOLVED! We’ll have fun and be making history at the same time.
Please contact me if you have any questions about your county’s caucus situation–I will direct you to the person who can answer your questions.
Stephanie

Dear program director:
I’ve been listening to news programs on msnbc for some time because I’ve considered it slightly more reliable than other mainstream media. However, I’m VERY disappointed that you did not include Dennis Kucinich in the debate tonight (January 15).
I’ve been thoroughly disgusted with the mainstream media in its insistence on choosing for me which candidates I can pay attention to. Your job is to inform the public, not to tell us who you will permit us to consider. You have just joined the ranks of the media that refuse to inform.
Even if Kucinich doesn’t have a great chance to win the presidency, he has steadfastly brought up issues and options the other candidates refuse to address. He has moved the discussion toward things the American people want addressed and because of that he has a great deal of value in this campaign. Stop restricting the information I have access to.

Dear Concerned Nebraskan,
When New Jersey abolished the death penalty in that state in December
it was the most powerful of many recent examples of how the tide is
turning in this country against capital punishment.
This is certainly true in Nebraska. In the 2007 session of our state
legislature a bill (LB 476) to repeal the death penalty failed to Read more…
